The "Kirishima Course" begins with sesame tofu with crab sauce and black pork shabu-shabu salad, and includes a variety of exquisite dishes such as a five-piece sashimi platter delivered directly from Toyosu, grilled beef tongue and radish with salt sauce, and tea duck dressed with balsamic vinegar.The main course is seafood kimchi hotpot made with a luxurious 10 kinds of ingredients! To finish, choose your choice of rice porridge or champon noodles.The course ends with soybean flour warabimochi, a very satisfying experience that leaves you with a lingering Japanese taste.
